Formed in 1991, Heartland Home Services have been producing timber frames in all varieties.
We are accredited by Trada (the timber research and development association). This ensures our clients that we offer quality services and are responsible wood traders.
Our Process
Heartland Home Services take you through the entire design and build service incorporating everything from initial planning and costing through to construction. This allows you to take care of all aspects of your building project from one company.

We produce full architectural drawings for your project ready for applying for planning permission.

After the initial requirements are set we work alongside our clients to ensure their budgets are met and the right type of materials are chosen for the project.

Planning Applications
At the planning stage of a project, building warrant applications ensure buildings are safe and healthy for people to live and work in and ensures that all minimum standards are met.

At the building stage of the project a fully qualified workforce will ensure that all work is completed to the highest level.
